Town Stories West Hartford
The story of West Hartford,
told by those who know it best.
We are thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration that celebrates the heart and soul of West Hartford!

Town Stories West Hartford is a collection of postcards, featuring present-time WeHa houses and local landmarks. This project aims to capture the essence of contemporary West Hartford and will be exhibited at the Noah Webster House in October 2023, and preserved in the West Hartford Historical Society permanent collection.

And… there’s more: West Hartford residents are warmly invited to send a postcard of their house or a beloved local landmark, to the Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society, and to share on it a brief story — it could be a glimpse into the history of your dwelling, a heartwarming moment that made your house a home, or an intriguing fact about current residents.
Every town has a story. Let’s tell the story of West Hartford with our architectural portraits and your cherished memories. Join us on this ride of art, community, and history. By participating in this project, you'll be writing the town’s current history and contributing to a legacy that future generations can look back on!
